- Dr. Clayton has been serving Southwest Colorado for over 17 years. In 2001 he earned his bachelor of science degree in Biology and Chemistry. He has owned and operated three chiropractic practices, obtained a 4th degree black belt in karate, and is a certified animal chiropractor. He is an instructor for the Knee Chest Society and animal chiropractic CE, and is also a member of the Blue Angels as special recognition for his dedication. In 2018 he was a recipient of the Colorado Chiropractic Association’s Distinguished Chiropractor Award for his contributions in state legislation regarding animal chiropractic. He is the developer of the Torque&Toggle Gen2, a chiropractic training device. He is actively involved with his community and sits on various boards for local non-profits.
Dr. Clayton Sullwold, DC
Chiropractor - Dr. Petra has been adjusting animals for over 16 years. She is certified by the American Veterinary Chiropractic Association AND the International Veterinary Chiropractic Association as an Animal Chiropractor. There are very few animal chiropractors with both certifications. Dr. Petra's passion is adjusting animals! They don't place a limit on what an adjustment can do for them in their performance or well-being. She is looking forward to assisting your best friend in their healing process!

Animal Chiropractor - Dr. Iris started off as a horse client and then front desk for Dr's Clayton and Petra. She then went to chiropractic school, graduated, and took over part of Dr. Petra's animal practice in La Plata county. She currently has a full time practice with people, dogs, and horses in Durango. She is also an assistant teacher for the animal programs taught here in Mancos. She is an excellent doctor with great hands and a great personality! She looks forward to seeing you at Mancos Chiropractic.
