Dr. Clayton has been serving Southwest Colorado for over 18 years. In 2001 he earned his bachelor of science degree in Biology and Chemistry. He has owned and operated three chiropractic practices, and is a certified animal chiropractor. He is an instructor for the Knee Chest Society and Animal Chiropractic CE, and is also a member of the Blue Angels as special recognition for his work in the upper cervical spine. His specialty is working with complex cases such as Multiple Sclerosis, Seizures, Trigeminal Neuralgia, Meniere's Disease, and other neurological and autoimmune type cases. In 2018 he was a recipient of the Colorado Chiropractic Association’s Distinguished Chiropractor Award for his contributions in state legislation regarding animal chiropractic. He is the developer of the Torque&Toggle Gen2, a chiropractic training device. Dr. Sullwold is also trained by Dr. Lebowitz in balancing the gut microbiome.
